Crowns have a natural look and feel and are often made of ceramic or porcelain material due to their aesthetic appeal.
First, your dentist will prepare your natural tooth. This will require removal of any damaged area (or perhaps just filing it down). The Crown will be designed to fit over your natural tooth. While you wait for your new Crown to be made in our laboratory, you can be fitted with a temporary one so you’ll be comfortable during the interim period.
