If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for no less than 24hrs notice this will allow us time to offer the appointment time to another patient.
If less than 24hrs notice is given a charge will be added to your account.
** Please note a deposit may be required for extended appointment times this will de deducted from your final bill – any deposits paid are non-refundable *
